By completing the return/exchange form found in the “My Account” area in order to handle the return/exchange, we make sure that a disgruntled customer may address the issue. The item needs to be exchanged or returned within 15 days after the delivery or invoice date. Within 24 hours of delivery, missing items, incorrect orders, or excessive costs must be notified.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Copies of the original invoice are required to be included with every item being returned.
  2. There can only be one exchange per item.
  3. The cost of shipping won’t be reimbursed.
  4. You must include your order’s return alongside any gifts or promotional products you got with your transaction.
  5. If there is a problem and less than 25% of the product has been used, this policy also applies to partially used products.
  6. You can exchange the product for one of equal or lesser value or receive a 100% refund of the purchase price paid if the return complies with our return and exchange policy.
  7. The colour of the products may vary slightly depending on the operating system you are using, despite our best efforts to accurately depict their true colour.
  8. Please be aware that Colorbar will not accept the return of the goods if they are missing the appropriate customer invoice and product return form.
  9. Products that have been purposefully harmed or misused are not covered by this policy.

Refund Policy:

Within 15 days from the date that sugarcosmetics.com receives the returned items, refunds are processed. If you paid for a prepaid order with a credit card, debit card, or through net banking, the money will be returned to your account within 3-5 working days. In the event of a Cash-on-Delivery order, a refund cheque will be deposited in your bank account in the “Billing Name” used at the time of the order or a bank transfer will be made; for the latter, specific information must be provided over email (hello@vanityx.shop); the money will then be returned to the account from which it was paid within 3-5 working days.Please be aware that shipping fees and Cash-on-Delivery fees are not refundable.

Cancellation policy

Only when an order is in the “Pending” state is it possible to cancel it. We cannot stop processing once we have begun. You must email us at hello@vanityx.shop with the details of your cancellation. We will process your cancellation request for the item(s) in your order within 1-2 business days at most. You will receive an email letting you know the same.

Any single product in the kit/set cannot be replaced or returned.
